About the programme

If you are a practising poet between 18 and 40 and are prepared to toil over your writing, this programme is for you. You will work towards a short collection of poems, rewrite and re-rewrite till you get it right! And, in the final session, you'll make a chapbook of your poems.

The programme will be in two parts. In the first workshop in November, you will spend two intensive days writing and outlining the structure for a chapbook. You will continue working on it over a month or so, under Kala's supervision; she will give you individual feedback and guidance on reworking. A one-day follow-up workshop will be held in December.

Send your applications to sarita.tfaindia@gmail.com along with a sample of your work and a paragraph on why you wish to enroll for this programme.
