The winners of the TOTO Awards 2023 for Music, Creative Writing in English and Kannada, Photography, Short Film and Digital Art will be announced on 18 February 2023 at our Awards function at the Bangalore International Centre at 6:30 p.m.
Excerpts from the work of all the shortlisted applicants will be showcased at the event.
Sumana Chandrashekar will give a short performance on the ghatam before the awards are announced.
